Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy At AccuTax Pros, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can provide the best service to all clients, the following cancellation policy applies to all appointments and services: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to show up for a scheduled appointment, may result in a forfeiture of the appointment fee. Service fees are non-refundable once work has begun, including document review, tax preparation, consultations, or filings. If a client chooses to cancel services after work has started, no refunds will be issued, regardless of filing status. Missed appointments without notice may require full payment prior to rescheduling. We understand that emergencies happen and will review situations on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. By booking an appointment or purchasing services with AccuTax Pros, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
