Cancellation Policy
Training Class Policy Deposits All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations & Rescheduling To cancel or reschedule, you must contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled class. Failure to provide 24-hour notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or the need to submit a new deposit for rescheduling. Attendance Participants are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss important information and will not receive additional time beyond the scheduled class duration.
